Roles and Responsibilities
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies planning, executing, and measuring experiments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
- Collect and analyse leads, sales data using available metrics such as page visits, transaction size, link popularity, click-through rates, and cost-per clicks, sales conversions, lead qualities.
- Collaborate with other marketing and operations staff to integrate and complement marketing strategies across multiple sales channels.
- Should have strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Facebook and LinkedIn marketing and Lead Generation tools and technologies.
- Work with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of our digital marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Lead generation tools.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Good English Written and Communication Skills
