INDIRECT SUPPLY CHAIN PROCUREMENT ANALYST

• Handle day-to-day inquiries from the organization with respect to credit card applications, inquiries, transactions. Directly interact on Carrier s behalf with the bank to address merchant code questions and issues as they arise.
• Work with internal audit on ad hoc reporting, to track training and compliance.
• Support Category Managers with analytics of spend data, oversight with respect to policy compliance and to generate actionable insights to identify and drive cost savings.
• Manage and analyze data from Power BI, procurement tools for spend intelligence and analysis.
• Monitor spend trends, delinquent accounts with engagement and follow through from internal stakeholders to address gaps in policy and oversight of expenses.
• Complete a variety of tasks within Ariba including creating contract workspaces, running and analyzing reports to submit for scheduled internal meetings and actions.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in an international procurement or banking organization

• 2 – 4 years of relevant track record in banking, procurement, project management and spend analysis
• Experience in digital tools like Ariba, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proven comfort with analytical skills and attention to detail as it relates to policy compliance vs. practice
• Ability to, independently and as part of a team, successfully complete assigned tasks with excellent results while meeting agreed deadlines
• Ability to make decisions and drive task completion in instances where absolute clarity does not exist
• Ability to communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders efficiently
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written, English language)
